1. What Venuekhoj is

Venuekhoj is a venue discovery and mediation platform. We help individuals and organisations find and shortlist venues for weddings, corporate events and social occasions.

Venuekhoj is not a booking agent and does not hold inventory at any venue. We act as your authorised intermediary to communicate with venues on your behalf.

2. Letter of Intent (LOI)

When you authorise Venuekhoj to send a Letter of Intent to a venue, you confirm that:

  • You are authorising Venuekhoj to act as your venue search partner for the specified event
  • All event details provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You understand the LOI is a statement of intent, not a legally binding booking contract

Sending an LOI does not guarantee venue availability or pricing. Availability and final pricing are confirmed directly by the venue in response to the proposal.

3. Venue availability and pricing

Venuekhoj does not guarantee:

  • That any venue will be available on your requested dates
  • That venue pricing will match the estimates shown during the matching process
  • That venues will respond within any particular timeframe

Indicative pricing shown on the platform is for matching purposes only and is subject to change. Final pricing is as quoted by the venue in their proposal.

4. Payments

All advance payments are made directly to the venue via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS). Venuekhoj does not process payments on behalf of venues and does not hold advance payments in escrow.

There are no in-app payments on Venuekhoj. Payment instructions will be shared by the Venuekhoj team via WhatsApp or email after a venue confirms availability and pricing.

Venuekhoj accepts no liability for advance payments made directly to venues or for any disputes arising from those payments.

5. Our role

Venuekhoj acts as a facilitator and intermediary. Our responsibilities include:

  • Presenting a curated shortlist of venues matched to your brief
  • Sending your LOI to selected venues
  • Coordinating site visit bookings
  • Following up with venues on your behalf to expedite proposals

Venuekhoj does not control venue operations, staffing, food and beverage, or event delivery, and accepts no liability for the quality of services provided by venues.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Venuekhoj — including venue descriptions, photography, matching methodology and platform design — is the property of Venuekhoj. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
